Take I-264 West to the Newtown Road exit. At the end of the exit ramp you will come to a stoplight. Continue straight on Stoney Point South. You will see a Citgo station to your left. The Zoby & Broccoletti sign and brick office building are just behind the Citgo station.

From Norfolk/Portsmouth:

Take I-264 East. Merge to the far right lane as if you are going to take the Military Highway exit. Continue in the far right lane until the second Newtown Road exit which is Newtown Road North. Turn left at the second stoplight which is Stoney Point South. The Zoby & Broccoletti sign and brick office building are just behind the Citgo station.

From Chesapeake:

Take I-64 West to the I-264 East exit (toward Virginia Beach). Merge one lane to the left and exit at the second Newtown Road exit, Newtown Road North. Turn left at the second stoplight which is Stoney Point South. The Zoby & Broccoletti sign and brick office building are just behind the Citgo Station.
