Mr. Zoby and Mr. Broccoletti have over 60 years of experience in the practice of law in the Tidewater area. The firm specializes in personal injury, criminal, family and juvenile law.

Our areas of practice include:

  • Civil Litigation which includes personal injury, product liability, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases.
  • Criminal Law which includes felonies, misdemeanors, traffic, DUI, juvenile cases and cases held in the State and Federal Courts and all the Courts of Appeal.
  • Family Law which includes contested and uncontested divorces, separation and property settlement agreements, custody, visitation, child support and spousal support proceedings.

For personal injury, product liability, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases, there is no initial consultation fee. If we recover a settlement or verdict in the client's favor, we charge an attorney's fee. If we do not recover in your favor, we do not collect a fee.

For criminal matters, felonies, DUI, traffic, juvenile and domestic law, fees are set by the attorney at the time of the initial consultation. There is no fee for the initial consultation. Some cases are undertaken on an hourly basis while some are taken on a flat fee basis. We require that a retainer be paid before representation can begin.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. After hours, if you are in an accident or arrested and require emergency legal counsel or advice, you may call Zoby & Broccoletti, P.C. on our 24-hour message service at 757-466-0750 and an attorney will be in touch with you. We will make home and hospital visits if you are seriously injured.
